my husband works 2 jobs most days out of the week and he says they have helped immensely with his doc martin’s! we cut it to his exact size of the shoe and it fit perfectly. he is heavy on his heals so it helps with the pain after a long period of the day. highly recommend for anyone on their feet for a long period of time. plus the sore feet one smells like vix rub so now his feet and shoes don’t smell bad at all ! The insoles are great! My local shoe repair recommended these to me for my foot pain. I can’t walk or stand for more than an hour without feeling pain and fatigue in my feet. Today I walked all day on them and my feet still feel as fresh as they did when I woke up! They are great too because you can cut them to whatever size you need based on the shoe you are using them for. I’ll definitely be ordering more pairs! Read more

As an ICU RN on my feet for at least 13 hrs.. these insoles were soft and pliable enough to put in my shoes. They are not hard so that your feet hurt in an hour like others I have tried. They smelled awesome even after a long day…I also tried them in my CROCS and feel like I might have to trim them back a but more to be more comfortable in that type of shoe… Read more

The smell is nice after a few days and I like the tingly feel of the insoles, but it's a little too thin and the smell starts off really strong. These insoles offer very little support on my feet since it's so thin. I could use a thicker padding or some arch support. Removing the insoles fresh from the packaging hits your nose with a very strong wintergreen smell with a hint of rubber. The smell filled up the room and I had to let it air out a bit outside before I felt comfortable putting it in my shoes and leaving my shoes inside. I like that they have guidelines for where to cut the insoles for each shoe size. It's quite expensive for what it is. I'm not sure what the difference is between this and buying a better insole and brushing on some wintergreen oil on it. Read more

I teach pre-K and am on my feet all day. My feet would always feel sore when the day was over and now they are not! These insoles smell great and make my feet comfortable all through the day. I wear them on field trips and trips to the zoo with my family too! Highly recommend! Read more

Works very well as a replacement insole for my shoes, the padding adds extra cushioning without adding too much thickness compared to the insole that it replaced. I did not need to adjust my shoestrings to start using them. The one difference is the infusion of the wintergreen oil; you can feel a tingling feeling around your foot that feels energetic the first couple of weeks I wore them; it has since dissipated but the scent is still there which is refreshing. Just keep in mind that the scent will go away at some point. If you do some walking daily or stay on your feet a lot, then I would recommend these but look elsewhere if you are very active, not for hiking or track and field, extra cushioning and arch support would be needed.
