Age has made normal things less easy. Carrying laundry up the stairs in heavy laundry carriers is now a no no. I reluctantly bought these (2 of them) and frankly, they have made my life much easier! They are well made, very light, foldable and very very easy to carry with the handle designed into the carrier, They hold as much as the big plastic ones I am now not using. At least one big double washing machine full of clothes fit comfortably. Don't know why they advertise this for the college kids mostly but it's just a MUCH BETTER option for carrying laundry ... for everyone! Read more

This is pretty roomy and flexible to allow multi-dimensional stacking of folded items or to maneuver through hallways and around furniture, even when carrying by the straps over a shoulder. For those reason, I like it better than the hard plastic ones that can flatten unless I just want something a little smaller. This is very easy to fold, unfold. The media could not be loaded. This is a MUST HAVE item. It’s so functional! It folds for convenient storage when not in use. When it’s open, it has a large capacity. It’s lightweight but heavy duty so carrying clothes up a flight of stairs from our basement laundry is effortless. Its cost effective yet looks more attractive than the bulky plastic hampers.
