I am not super familiar with kinesiology tape. I picked this up because ski season has started and I am out of shape thanks in large part to perpetual pain issues (the two probably play off each other, if we're being honest). This tape has been so helpful and a game-changer for my situation. The adhesive sticks well yet does not feel like you're ripping your skin off when it comes time to remove. It also somehow handled my sweaty body no problem with minimal adhesion loss. It is breathable and does not trap sweat/smell (thank goodness). It is also hypoallergenic! My skin can be angsty at times and this tape caused ZERO redness, itchiness, or aggravation. It lasted all day and yes, helped my muscle soreness much more than expected! You get TWO rolls for under $4/roll, an incredible value. The package also includes a small scissor, which let me tell you, I was incredibly grateful for considering I had forgotten to pack one myself. This saved me from having to make an extra trip to the store and from missing out on the fresh pow. After this ski season ends, I'll be setting the remainder of the roll aside for our hiking/camping bag. This tape is great to have in a pinch! Read more
I ordered a package of this athletic tape to have on hand in the event I needed it. That need seemed inevitable. One, I’m no spring chicken, and two, my neighbor just introduced me to pickleball. But before we could play an actual game, I turned my right ankle last night while volunteering at our local performing arts center. Not a bad sprain, but an uncomfortable strain, and when it still felt iffy this morning, I saw it as a good opportunity for a trial run. On the upside: This 2” Teawo kinesiology tape is wide enough that it provided good coverage for my ankle, and the elastic is flexible and stretchy, so it conformed really well to the joint area and provided good support. I’ve kept it on for most of the day while doing simple Sunday tasks around the house. The adhesive is fine but not perfect. The edges and corners seem inclined to peel away from the skin, although the rest of the tape stayed put. I can barely feel it’s there. Based on how it’s held up under those mild conditions, I expect it would probably survive a moderate hike or a pickleball match and a shower. I am happy to know that the tape doesn’t irritate my skin. That’s probably thanks to the cotton fabric, which is generally skin-friendly. Also, the latex-free design is hypoallergenic. On the downside: The “specialized bonus scissors” included with this kinesiology tape just seem silly. I found them to be too small, too stiff and awkward to use. Given that the vast majority of households probably have regular scissors, adding those to the package strikes me as nonsensical. Maybe they’re intended to be kept in a gym locker or bicycle pack for away-from-home injuries. If so, they’d be more useful if made to fit an adult-sized hand. I was also surprised that this athletic tape product comes with no guidance for use. The box includes a graphic of a runner with 15 body parts highlighted and their potential strains and pains called out, but no tips on best ways to apply it, how long to keep it on and so forth. With two rolls at 16 feet long each, this supply will last a long time, and it’s a good value. I’ve added it to my medicine cabinet, but I think I may liberate one roll to add to my hiking backpack in case I develop shin splints on unexpectedly steep mountain trails. Read more

This little kit is great value for the money. I use kinesiology tape quite often. I have many injuries from playing soccer. I have tried variety of kinesiology tape. As long as you clean your skin with rubbing alcohol prior to applying the tape, it will have a much stronger hold and less longer. I use the same routine for all tape that I have tried. I also watch videos on the best way to tape for different areas on my body. This particular tape has a quality stickiness and does not irritate my skin. It has a decent thickness to it and definitely gets the job done. Super easy to apply. You cannot beat this with two rolls of tape and scissors. Definitely a bargain. Read more

This kinesiology tape works great! I didn't buy it to wrap joints or for physical therapy purposes but instead use it for taping up my breasts. It's the exact type of tape I've bought in "boob tape" kits. It's super easy to use and cut giving me hours of comfortable hold. It's sticky and doesn't move and does not cause any skin irritation because it's hypoallergenic and waterproof. The rolls of tape are almost 16.5 ft of tape long and are 2 inches wide and stretchy. I'd definitely recommend this tape for anyone in the market as it's made of quality durable material. Read more

This Kinesiology tape is a great value compared to better known brands. I wear mine on my lower back almost daily. I’ve had it over a month and have not run out yet. It sticks well , but doesn’t hurt to take off and it doesn’t peel up around the edges while wearing. The width is perfect to help ease pain without feeling too cumbersome. I have a latex allergy and love that it’s latex free. Read more
This kinesiology tape works really well for muscle and joint support during workouts and recovery. The adhesive holds strong, even through sweating and showers, and it stays in place without constantly peeling up. I like that it’s waterproof, latex-free, and hypoallergenic—no irritation on my skin so far. Both rolls are a good size with plenty of length, and the beige and black colors are nice for different uses. It provides noticeable support and relief, especially for sore knees, shoulders, and wrists. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that removal can be a little tough if you don’t take it off slowly or use oil. Overall though, it’s a great value and a reliable option for sports recovery and everyday support. Read more
