They reached out to me directly to understand the concern I had and offered to refund without even returning the item. OTHER AMAZON SELLERS - take note, this is GREAT SERVICE, and the way to keep a customer purchasing products!! SLIPPERY COATING - The shape is fine, but a bit too big for a female hand to use with extreme comfort. I have CTS and need to reduce tension. The problem with this mouse is the weird "soft" coating. For how it help my carpal tunnel, 5 stars. For the grip issues others have discussed, 4.5 stars - just loosen it a bit. I'm def less accurate with mouse movement, but don't need precision to a significant degree. I have one suggestion, as my scroll wheel is starting to squeak (three months in) - seems like it would be a better design if it was angled more. As that's the angle my finger's are at/how the pressure is being applied. I would assume the downward, angled pressure is hard on the wheel. Read more
