Pros: 3 Setting DPI Switch Larger frame (better for us palm users) Quite comfortable Quality Weight Cons: LEDs are VERY bright The first mouse I received was either damaged in transit, or missed by QA. However their helpful and very friendly staff had another one on it's way. Shipping took a little bit for the replacement unit since it came from the UK, but the fact that they had it moving the very next business day gets a great mark in my book. The mouse feels great, and well manufactured, the braided USB cable and matte finish give it a solid feel and look. The weight is just right, not so heavy that it feels like there's lead glued to the bottom, but not so light that it feels like one good squeeze would render the thing into tiny bits of plastic. I play just about every genre out there, RPG, FPS, RTS, Turn Based Strategy, Flight Sims, etc. Normally I like a good heavy mouse for FPS so that a minor twitch doesn't take my reticule off target (sniper), but I like a light mouse for every other genre (less strain). This mouse fits perfectly between the two needs. Speaking of fit, it's a fairly large frame, I rest my hand on my mice (palm'er) and this isn't quite a full palm (I'm 6.'6" and have huge hands) but it's large enough that I'm not forced to use claw style on it. The DPI switch is located directly under the mouse wheel, and is a perfect position for me. I set the DPI in the first minute or two of game, and leave it there, I don't like switching on the fly and appreciate that the switch is in a location that isn't easy to accidentally press. Now my one niggle... the LEDs are SO VERY bright. During daytime use it's not a problem, it gives it a nice look. Again, I really appreciate the overall design. Having said this, when the sun goes down and your too busy gaming to worry about turning on the lights you end up with a very noticeable glow that can be a bit distracting. Also at just the right angle you can get kind of blinded from the lights illuminating the mouse wheel. Again... 6'6" so it may just be a me problem, but it's worth noting. Overall (TLDR) the mouse is a great buy, either for a primary replacement, or a "travel" mouse for laptop use. I bought this mouse mostly for gaming. It seems to be well made. My cat has already knocked it off a few times and it still works and has no visible damage. Other then the DPI button, it's just like any other mouse. The forward and back buttons are a real convience when surfing the web. If you need to have different mouse sensitivies for different reasons, such as gaming, this mouse is a good purchase. It's not the best mouse on the market, but it's worth the money for casual gamers that don't have a need for a dozen buttons on a mouse. Read more
