This is a fun car for kids of all ages. The car is rechargeable which is a great feature as there are no batteries to change. The remote does use AAA batteries. The car is fast. It goes forward, backward, and turns. Details on the car are very nice. The red is really cool. The quality is good. My grandson accidently ran it into the pool, where it stayed underwater for several minutes. We thought it was ruined but amazingly it still worked. Very giftable for birthdays or Christmas. Great little remote for its size and price. Range is a little over one yard over from my house. Controls are easy to use, and it lasts a good bit. Will update once We play with them more.
