I bought this together with Auraglow's 44% Carbamide Oxide whitening gel and in just one treatment alone, I've had dramatic results. The only caveat is that this mouthguard is for one set of teeth at a time. You apply the gel in one spot and choose your top or bottom teeth. Other than that, I highly recommend putting the mouthguard in BEFORE you plug it in. The picture attached was taken in a pitch-black room to give you an idea of how INSANELY bright it is.
