DOSMETICS Teeth Whitening Kit with LED Light: This is a kit for teeth whitening. It comes with an LED light mouthpiece and case, charging cord, 4 gel whitening pens, and instructions. I like how portable and convenient the charger is, and it was easy to use the pens. I deducted a star for a few reasons. First, the instructions say to use .5 ml of gel per application, but it's not explained how to measure out that amount. Maybe I missed this in the instructions, but I wasn't sure how much gel is in each pen. This listing says 2 ml, which means this is 16 applications, which may not be enough to whiten everyone's teeth sufficiently. My teeth look maybe a few shades lighter after almost a week's work of treatments, but I don't think I was using enough gel (I ended up trying 2 clicks per tooth after not seeing results with just 1 click per tooth). Another issue is that the instructions don't explain the difference between the blue, red, and purple LED lights. Why/when should I use different lights? I wish the mouthpiece had a timer on it so I knew much time was left and/or when I should switch to another light if appropriate (sure, I can use my phone to check the time left, but it would be nice if that's built in). Finally, I don't see refill gel pens from this same manufacturer, if I want to try lightening my teeth further if possible (or again for maintenance months later, for example). Is it OK to use gel pens from another company with this same mouthpiece?
