I will start by saying while I do have some yellowing of my teeth, I am not a coffee or tea drinker and do not smoke, so the common causes of staining do not apply to me. I have tried tooth whitening gels in the past, but they are so messy and as hard as you try, it is almost impossible not to have some squirt out of the trays and into your mouth. So the idea of using a powder to accomplish whitening was very interesting to me. I think it is so kewl that purple colored cleaning products make things appear whiter, whether it is shampoo for humans and dogs or other laundry. The powder comes in a small, pretty purple jar. The inside lid has a very tight fit, which is good for shipping purposes, but I usually end up putting them aside for normal daily use because they often make it hard to get to the product. This lid is no different. One thing that I am not keen on is the idea of dipping your wet toothbrush into the jar to get the powder. That just feels unsanitary. I'd working on figuring out an alternate way to dispense the powder, but for now, I have a little plastic make up spoon I am using to scoop out a small portion to dump on my toothbrush. The mint flavor is mild enough that as someone who doesn't really like mint is able to tolerate it. The powder does create a large amount of foam so be prepared when you start brushing. It is recommended that you brush for 3 minutes with the powder AFTER you do your regular brushing, so it feels like a lifetime you are spending on brushing your teeth. It is rather difficult to judge how much whiter my teeth are getting, but my mouth does feel cleaner and more refreshed that with just regular toothpaste and my gums are benefiting from the extra brushing. And it does not leave any sort of weird residue in my mouth. At a price point of $10 USD this is much cheaper than most whitening solutions, so even if it works a little, that's still a good bargain. I guess I was expecting bigger results or a more noticeable difference. It does slightly work so I am guessing over a long period of time you can get to the shade you’re aiming for. It’s simple enough to use, just put some powder on your wet toothbrush and brush your teeth for 2 minutes or so. The powder has a slight ( and I mean very small) hint of mint flavor to it. My teeth felt very clean though and there were no issues or negative effects from use over the weeks. It’s not a bad product, it’s just not going to provide quick or even dramatic results. Read more

Been using this at night after I brush my teeth. Instructions say to brush for 3 mins with the powder. I just dip my powered toothbrush in the powder and then brush all over for about 30s per side. It doesn’t have any strange taste but does feel a bit gritty after using. I make sure to rinse my mouth very thoroughly after using as I don’t want to accidentally swallow any of this. I see a slight improvement after 7 days but definitely not like the results from the product photo. Will continue to use as this small bottle should last minimum 30 days. Read more

I didn’t get this for the supposed purple dye = white teeth effect, I know better than that… but I was hoping for a slightly more abrasive brushing for my teeth, with an ingredient like clay or baking soda… or both. But there is absolutely no abrasives in here, it soaks up water on the brush like cornstarch, and just melts everywhere. If that wasn’t bad enough, the next morning my teeth felt like plaque had gone into turbo mode, just completely plastered with ick. I would have been better off brushing with water. Read more

I used this as a finishing step after brushing and was surprised by how smooth and lightweight the powder felt during application. The purple tint gave an instant visual boost that made my teeth look brighter without feeling abrasive or gritty, and the mint flavor was subtle and clean without being overpowering. It blended easily with my regular routine and didn’t leave any residue or strange aftertaste, which made it feel more like a refreshing polish than a treatment. I liked that the formula didn’t cause any discomfort and seemed gentle enough for daily use, especially around areas that tend to be more sensitive. The packaging was compact and easy to store, and the powder itself stayed dry and easy to dispense without clumping. Whether I'm prepping for a photo or just want a little extra polish before heading out, this has added a simple and pleasant step to my oral care routine that feels effective and easy to maintain. First off the container has a very solid seal and it was actually a little cumbersome to remove. That is a good thing however since the product is a powder. I followed the instructions as listed with one modification. Instead of dipping a wet toothbrush directly into the powder, which seems like a bad idea to me, I took a small amount and put it on the provided seal cap to prevent moisture getting into the main product. That being said they expect you to brush your teeth as normal first and then follow that by brushing them with this product for a full three minutes. I really didn’t notice any difference in the before and after (photo provided). Could be my teeth were too white from the start (natural whiteness not using any sort of teeth whitener strips). The smell was similar to toothpaste but with a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. While I didn’t swallow the product it did cause a slight bit of nausea while brushing from the scent. Overall I’m not completely sold on the product after a couple uses nor am I too against it. Read more

I can only compare it to charcoal coconut whitening powder that I’ve used before, and this is much easier to manage. I like that it doesn’t leave behind any stains, unlike charcoal. The powder form makes it simple to use, though you do have to be careful with splashes-easy to wipe off. It feels gentle and not too abrasive on my teeth and gums. Some minor noticeabld improvement noted. Overall, it’s fresh, effective, and safe enough for daily use. Read more
