It comes with an easy to read shade guide and simple instructions. I was very impressed how these strips stayed put and didn't come off while wearing them. They have a pleasant mild mint taste, no hydrogen peroxide! I have used them twice and already my teeth have become 3 shades lighter!! No sensitivity or irritated gums!! If you have sensitive teeth and don't want the damaging effects of peroxide, these strips are definitely the one for you!
