I'd give this a 10 star review if I could!! As a dental hygienist, I was leery about using an over-the-counter product. I have in the past and also had in office treatments. My teeth were left so sensitive and my gums were red and inflamed. Not with these amazing whitening strips! I love the minimal packaging. No big plastic box. It comes with an easy to read shade guide and simple instructions. I was very impressed how these strips stayed put and didn't come off while wearing them. They have a pleasant mild mint taste, no hydrogen peroxide! I have used them twice and already my teeth have become 3 shades lighter!! No sensitivity or irritated gums!! If you have sensitive teeth and don't want the damaging effects of peroxide, these strips are definitely the one for you! I'll purchase an extra box to always have on hand for touch ups between my dental cleanings. Read more

These strips are super easy to use. Instructions on back of the box. Comes individually wrapped and there is also a toothe color guide. Not sure how often you should use them so doing once a week. Say a small change after first use. Read more
