I've noticed some lightening of my teeth after using these sensitive teeth whitening strips. They are pretty typical for over the counter strips, very similar to other brands I've tried. To get the best results you should use them consecutive days in a row, once or twice a day until they are gone. Hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient for whitening products and these strips contain it. I'm a dental hygienist and I've used tons of different brands, these strips may be an off brand but they work just as well. The key to good results is being consistent, using them daily until they are gone. Read more

I am quite impressed with these strips. I drink a lot of caffeine and I used to smoke like a freight train. My teeth were quite stained. These actually produce a a favorable outcome each and every time I have used them. They lighten the coloring of my teeth each time. You do have to brush and then apply them for an hour tho. Read more
