These are so incredibly difficult to get on and to get off. Most of the whitening strips I’ve used in the past were pliable. These are not. They are stiff and don’t easily adhere to your teeth without you having to work at it. As soon as you get the bottom strip on you need to move your bottom lip up and over the strip to try to hold it in place while you try to adhere the top strip. Then you need to clench your teeth and keep your lips tight over the two strips to hold them against your teeth. When you remove them 30 minutes later, they are very stuck on your teeth and again you have to work at it to remove them. You are left with a lot of gunk on your teeth which I brush and then use my water pick to remove. I think they will do some whitening, but I’ve only used them for four days now. Unless my teeth look stellar after I finish the full pack, I won’t purchase these again. Sorry for the gross photos, but I think they will make it clear what to expect. Read more
