I have never tried tooth whitening strips. When I received Toos Show Whitening Strips, I was excited to try this product. I read the instructions carefully and after morning coffee and teeth brushing it was time to whiten my teeth,. The directions say to dry your teeth well and I did so with some gauze strips I had. It was hard to keep my mouth dry. The strips were quite easy to peel off the sheet they are packaged on. I lined the upper strip up across the top gum line and then gently pressed into place and folded under the bottom of the teeth. I proceeded to the bottom teeth using same procedure. I made note of the time and set about my day. I could feel the peroxide tingling and noticed no unpleasant taste. After about 40 minutes, I removed the strips easily and trashed them. I've done this for about 5 days now and am noticing just the slightest lightening. The time to notice significant change is two weeks. I do not have expectations of glowing white teeth but several shades lighter is what I expect and already that process has begun. I like this product and it is easy to use.
