This is a really nice tooth whitener set up and it’s very gentle and does not hurt my teeth or gums which are very very sensitive. You can see the difference and just one use. I only used for an interval of 10 to 15 minute each session & there was a very noticeable improvement in whiteness w/one interval of use! This kit is very reasonably priced & of great quality. It easy to apply, the directions are clear, and you can move around & do other chores, etc while using. What I really love about this product, is the comfort, ease, the way my teeth look after an only one short 10 to 15 minute interval of use! There is a definite noticeable difference even after only one use! I used it every other day for a week & found my perfect shade of pearly white. This product needs more specific instructions imo I found clearer instructions on another similar product. Applying this to DRY teeth IS important bc it allows the product to adhere better so make sure your teeth are dry. So blot with a tissue right before inserting into your mouth Next when using the precision application pen. 1-2 clicks of hydrogen peroxide serum is enough to whiten up to 4 teeth.
