I would say the whitening in these strips are noticeable after two or three uses. I have staining from coffee and it is fighting that pretty well. The title of this is confusing as upon first read you might think it's for sensitive teeth when it is not. I have not suffered from any sensitivity yet or had any issues with them. Awesome whitening strips and better than expected. The bottom shape fits around my teeth much better than others. The gel on them is very thick and sticky, it really didn't squish out and stayed in place the whole time and it doesn’t taste bad. I followed the directions and kept them on for 30 minutes.
