Will not honor warranty

There is no warranty on the glass lid for the Jaime Oliver pan set, in spite of what Amazon says. The customer service rep, said if I had checked before my purchase, she could have told me there was no warranty. How utterly ridiculous! Who calls to check coverage on a warranty, if the Amazon info says there is coverage for two years. Tfal will not honor the warranty Buyer beware!!! Now you've got to make sure there is actually a warranty for any purchase! Read more
