Telezim Smart Ring Health Tracker, Titanium Silver
I have tried many smart rings in the last 2 years, and for 15 bucks you cannot do better than this one. The price alone makes it worth trying out. The size 11 fits my index finger perfectly. It feels durable, the sleep tracking is kind of Hit or Miss but you set what time. It should be monitoring you so it's not always monitoring if you take a nap in the middle of the day or if you're insomniac like me and sometimes randomly crash out. It gave me a little bit of trouble pairing the first time but once I finally got it on and granted it all the permissions that it required it's working great. The only gripe I have is my previous smart rings that had an LCD display allowed you to completely disable the display so that it wasn't draining a battery when you would accidentally press the button and I don't see that feature on these. However I've been running it for at least 2 days now and it hasn't required a charge with all the features turned on and auto monitoring set every 30 minutes. I liked it monitors not only heart rate but also spo2 rates, and something to do with the millisecond response time of your heartbeats or whatever I have no idea what that is but it was interesting nonetheless. The fitness tracking feature is lacking, but I don't ever really use that anyway I just want it to record my steps and give me constant heart rate and blood oxygen level readings. I like the user interface of the app. It looks a lot nicer than some of the other ones that I've used, and there are no ads. I also like the fact that it appears to charge wirelessly as most of my other smart rings had a little metal disc that you would have to come into contact perfectly with the charger for it to start charging and it always worried me that eventually it would start to corrode because of skin and sweat whereas this does not appear to have any such contact point. I also like the fact that there's a slight groove so that when you're lining it up on the wireless charger you just keep twisting it until it effortlessly drops down onto it so that you know that it's properly charging. I just realized after a couple of days of use I finally went to throw it on the charger even though it was only at around 45% and took it off at 90% and now there's a bar missing from the time LCD display. See attached picture. Dropped one star because of this. I get that this is still a $15 ring, and if the bar comes back I'll put it back to five star rating. Read more
