These NURSAL TENS Unit Electrode Pads (20 Pack, 3.5mm Snap EMS Replacement Pads) turned out to be a great purchase. I originally bought them as a Christmas gift for a friend, and he’s been very happy with them. He mentioned early on that the pads are reusable to a point, which matched my experience as well. He let me borrow a few, and I’m still using them now. As long as they’re stored properly, they continue to stick well and perform as expected. One thing I really appreciate is how comfortable they are on the skin. They peel off easily without pulling or irritating the skin, which makes a big difference if you’re using them regularly. Adhesion is strong enough to stay in place during use, but not so aggressive that removal is uncomfortable. Overall, these are high-quality replacement pads that offer good longevity, comfort, and value. Between my friend’s experience and my own continued use, I’d easily give these five stars and would recommend them to anyone using a TENS or EMS unit. Read more
I like these. They are very sticky so be aware. They do keep for a while if you keep they in the plastic after each use. They are easy to use. I like the different sizes. Read more
Had hip issues and needed some pain relief. Someone mentioned the Tens device and wanted to give it a try. The product did work as designed, however, it did not come with additional pads in the event I needed more. This set worked well with my unit and gave me the reassurance that I had backup in the event the original pads failed to stick. Good value for the money, thick, sticks well, no skin irritation and well organized with different sizes to accommodate multiple areas of pain. Read more

These worked great and were easy to use. They were made with good quality and have a good thick layer of self adhesive gel. The different sizes are nice when you have different sized areas of pain. Pretty standard pads overall and worked perfectly. Read more
They work great for me and my husband . We usually just search and order whatever when ours wear out but I think we will stick to these this time great price with a variety of sizes I have bruixism, and complete disc displacement in both sides of my tmj so I use the smallest on and around my mandible and neck. I have cubital tunnel in both sides but my right arm is the worst I can't feel my pinky or ring finger anymore and when I have a arthritis flare up it gets worse so I use a big pad on my shoulder and medium along the line of my ulnar nerve with the other 3 leads to my tens unit no complaints. Warning if you feel that your pads aren't sticking be sure you didn't just put on lotion or anything with alcohol or oils because both will make pad seem unsticky all you have to do is give them the care they need... I use an old toothbrush boil it to sanitize keep in in the container with my tens units and pads when they are icky and seem unsticky I brush them in one consistent direction several times so that any debris make their way off and once it looks pretty clean I drop the hottest faucet water I can get onto the center with a medicine dropper lay them sticky side up to dry then they work like new 😉 Read more
These are the best TENS unit pads I've found. The conductivity is great, much better than the pads that came with my TENS unit. The selection of sizes and shapes is great. Read more
I was not super pleased with these. They loose their stickiness super fast. Easy to use and didn’t cause skin irritation but overall I wouldn’t buy again as they don’t last long enough. Read more
