Gum disease is a serious issue that leads to other life-threatening Illnesses. Bad dental health (and mainstream dentistry) has a huge connection to causing systemic inflammation that can lead to heart disease and, believe it or not, Alzheimer’s/Dementia. If I knew now what I knew years ago, I could have saved myself so much money and health consequences. I highly recommend these tooth brushes .. and not brushing hard.. we aren’t supposed to put as much pressure as most people do. I like that these brushes make it easiest to do what is right for my dental health in all the ways a toothbrush is able to. But beyond that, having a holistic or biodentist is essential because they know and understand the deadly mistakes that mainstream dentists are constantly guilty of, which is one of the most hidden causes of declining health in people who have “mystery illnesses” and don’t know why their health has gotten so bad, but have root canals, implants, maybe had some teeth pulled or have mercury fillings. I have a small mouth and my wisdom teeth were never taken out, so I have very limited space in the back. It gets the job done!
