Super absorbent. Although these are similar in length to a regular swab, the rounded end is three times the size. The pointed end is perfectly shaped to get in to the tight corners and the cotton is sturdy enough to retain its shape and remains functional even after soaking up some oil. I used one swab on two dabs, and it cleaned both just fine, like I had used a fresh one on each. The bamboo stick is quite sturdy, and I didn't have any fears of it snapping under the pressure when I had to remove some stubborn residue. I like how the sticks are bamboo and not paper so they don’t bend easily when I’m cleaning the chamber in my Carta. The fibers are tightly spun so they don’t fray easily either. The pointy swab is great for getting in the tight crevices and working around terp pearls.
