Helps a lot!! Really helps for pain relief. Great quality! If you want something a little more gentle for the stomach this helps. But at the end of the day if you need aspirin or ibuprofen you need it. So don’t be discouraged. Again this really work/helps. Also keep in mind of your pain tolerance. Read more
