Investing some money into some sheets may seem, not so important... but once you lay on these sheets, you CANNOT go back to what was on your bed before... I had bought the 1000-count as a separate pillowcase at one point in the past and liked it so much that when it came to ordering a set for our guest room, it was a no-brainer to order the even better ones. They take a few washes to get soft, but they do feel really nice! The biggest downside is that there is only 6 inches that hang over the sides of the bed, so you can't tuck it in; meanwhile, there's two feet of fabric at the bottom that need to be tucked in. They need to take a few inches off the length and add it to the width of these to make them great. Depending on how these were, I was going to buy a set for our main bedroom, but I don't think that will happen due to their small width. Read more

This is my second attempt at a review. I really said nothing crazy or inflammatory but Amazon didn't like the first one. I attached a picture of the tracking. Maybe that's what did it. When ordering I thought the Texas linen company might ship from Texas, it doesn't package, went through India then to France then to the US. But that wasn't as much of the problem. First off fitment is nice color's nice those aren't issues. I ordered a king and it fits a king. The material is a little bit thinner than I expected for 1500 thread count. The sheets don't seem a lot more thick, durable, better made than any decent sheet. They're okay. I wouldn't say fantastic. Maybe I was expecting too much from 1500 thread count of Egyptian cotton. Hopefully this review will post. I really think Amazon should tell you why they didn't post it. I'm guessing it was the tracking being attached as an image. But I don't know that. I was hesitant to buy another set of sheets online after being unimpressed or burned by the bamboo sheets that got all those little lint balls everywhere after washing. I decided to go with these because I like the feel of Egyptian cotton and I liked the thread count rating, which gave me a better sense of what level of quality I was paying for. These sheets are awesome. I'd never gotten in the sheets and felt so nice. I actually bought a lower thread count set of these sheets first and loved those. These were better, but not so much better that I would discourage someone from buying a lower thread count. I'll be buying all my sheets from this company for the foreseeable future.
