These are perfectly fine wash cloths; basic, a deep, rich black and a good size. I took off a star because I am a bonafide texture snob and these had the sensation of extreme pilling. It was a screech to my hands. Now I realize that this is not a problem for the majority of humanity. But for those of us for who it is, it is a game changer. The washcloths get the job done and are as promised and expected but they are not luxurious or quality feeling.
