I have the original Peloton bike, and I wanted a solution that would allow me to work and ride without worrying about my laptop falling. This laptop tray is nice and sturdy, and it supports my MacBook Pro perfectly. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to write emails or code while working out! I am very happy with it, and I definitely think it was worth the investment. I should mention that a few people commented that they expected their tray to be clear and it's not, but it actually arrived with a brown contact paper on it. When it comes in, you'll need to peel that off, which is very easy, once you get it started. The tray slides right over the center hump in the handlebar, and then it’s set up! Some people have mentioned that their knees could hit the tray since it protrudes a bit. You can adjust the handlebars if necessary, but I’m only 5’3.5”, so I’m about five inches away from hitting the bottom of the tray, and I don’t have that issue. If you are taller, you might want to try adjusting the handlebars to make it more comfortable! Great purchase and very happy!☺️ Read more

Works great. Fits my laptop, mouse and phone stand! I put a shelf protector liner just to ensure nothing slides off. I cut out a piece if the liner for my mouse and it works perfect. Read more

Bought the Tray V2 Acrylic Clear. Goal: for my original model Peloton bike, need a laptop (14" screen) holder so I can watch videos and take Zoom calls where I'm not on camera and not speaking, but riding the bike in "Just Ride" mode, not taking any class, not getting out of the saddle, just getting some light exercise. This product accomplishes that goal, happy with the purchase. Questions I had and my answers: 1. I'm 6'0", will I hit my legs on it? A: No, I come close, within < 1" but don't hit. I have my seat set at 28 and handlebar post set at lowercase "o". If my legs were to hit, I would just raise the handlebar up a letter or 2. 2. It's kind of a smooth/plexiglass material, any chance the laptop will slide off? A: No, the plexiglass is not "slippery" so no fear of laptop sliding off, even though it angles downward. 3. Any chance it damages the handlebars? A: Maybe, not yet, this is the V2, if there's a chance, I would just place a custom adhesive pad or something to reduce any friction, not concerned. 4. Any chance it will break? A: Not a concern, it's pretty solid, at 1/3" thick and one unintended detail of using this: I find when I'm pedaling, instead of holding on to the handlebar portion of the bike, since the tray is covering most of it, my hands are holding on to the sides of this plexiglass tray, it has become my handlebars. Even with that, it's sturdy enough I'm not concerned and it's not uncomfortable to ride this way. In the end, happy with the purchase, it's good for watching things on the laptop, if looking to write lengthy emails, it's not the easiest, I mean you are riding a bike after all, but for 1 or 2 sentence emails if you need to write them, it's possible, but just watching a Zoom call or video or powerpoint is it's best use. The tray itself is great and all indications point to it being everything that it is advertised as, but for shorter riders with less reach, it's difficult to get to the side handlebars in order to pedal with any real effort with the tray in place. If you just want a leisurely ride sitting upright while reading a book, doing work, or watching a movie on your laptop, I'm sure it would be fine, however. Read more

The only good thing about this is that the tray itself does not fall off. Literally everything else you put on it slides off either onto you or the ground. I should have returned it, but it’s kind of a tiny bit helpful in that you can sort of balance more things than you can hold. It is important to know that everything will slide off unless you hold it down. Read more

The media could not be loaded. We ordered this product for our bike to allow my husband to work while he biked. Affordability: We evaluated using this vs. a treadmill to go under the desk and this was more affordable and had a smaller footprint. Installation: The install is nothing- you just fit it in the handle bar. It's easy enough that we can remove and add back on in between my husband and I using the bike. Quality: The plastic used is great and there are little indentations that will help prop things up. My husband puts his laptop on this during meetings and has not had any worries about the tray falling. Appearance: This is a nice black that blends seamlessly with the bike that we have. In summary- we would 100% recommend this product so much so that we have already convinced one friend to purchase it. Read more

I purchased the original spin tray probably a year ago and I returned it because while it was VERY well made I was concerned that the sharp edges would eventually damage my handlebars. I know that it didn’t seem to be an issue on many reviews BUT I know my luck and I wasn’t willing to possibly damage my very expensive new purchase. So I returned and just did without. I was perusing and so happy to see this redesign. I knew the product was going to be well-made and decided to take a chance and I LOVE it. Just as easy as the original to install, just as sturdy, but much less contact with the handlebars and has curved edges. Chefs kiss. I’m so excited to be able to read for grad school and ride easier. THANK YOU!! Yes I know I still have the paper on the one side. I was just really excited to try! Read more
