As someone who follows a mostly dairy-free lifestyle, I’ve tried a lot of coconut-based alternatives—but Thai Kitchen's Coconut Whipping Cream has truly impressed me. The texture is thick and creamy straight out of the can, and with just a quick chill and whip, it transforms into a beautifully smooth topping that rivals traditional whipped cream. The sweetness level is just right—not overpowering—making it ideal for pairing with fresh berries, pies, or even hot chocolate. What sets it apart is the ingredient list: no artificial colors or preservatives, which is something I really value. It's also shelf-stable, so I can stock up and always have a can ready for impromptu desserts. Pro tip: For best results, refrigerate the can overnight and whip it cold. It holds its shape surprisingly well and doesn't separate like other coconut creams I’ve tried. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable, delicious non-dairy whipped cream alternative. Whether you're vegan, lactose-intolerant, or just love the taste of coconut, this one’s a winner! Read more

I bought this for a vegan ice box cake using graham crackers. I made the cake for a book club and it was a big hit. It was a bit hard to get mixed up, the recipe said use a whisk, but I needed to use a hand blender. I like this brand and know that the coconuts they use are ethically harvested. It tastes yummy. Really wished his would work for my son with milk allergy but it does not whip up. Maybe use as a cream alternative for cooking? But if you want to use as whipping cream, would bot serve the purpose. Chilled in the fridge, used a hand mixer, also tried an electric mixer, both didn’t work. Read more
