Wow! Absolutely love this! I have a thin rug runner in my kitchen and I own 2 cats. The vacuum is too powerful to use on the rug so I was ready to buy an expensive sweeper, then I saw this and thought I’d try it! It is so easy to muse. You don’t have to press down. I have two long haired dogs and this has saved my carpets. It easily pulls hair up without too much pressure. The lightweight feel is nice but doesn’t make the product seem too cheap. The hand held one did not seem to work as well for some reason, but is not a necessity for our house. Read more

This little manual tool is surprisingly effective, far outperforming the larger broom/rake setup. It excels on car upholstery and shaggy-style carpets, and it even works decently on clothing (though not perfectly). It's fantastic for stairs, too—once you find the right angle/pattern, you can clean an entire car interior in about 10 minutes! The larger rake seems to have a bar attempting to mimic this tool's action, but it just doesn't work as well, especially the rubber flap component. That might just be my specific carpet, though.
