The media could not be loaded. I tested this thing on my car trunk after our two dogs rode in it. They were shedding like crazy. It removed some of the hair, but it took quite a bit of effort. If I spent more time I’m sure I could have removed a little more but there were a few hairs it wasn’t getting. I spent approximately $20 on this thing and they gave me two. I would rather have spent $10 on it as it doesn’t seem worth $20 for the amount of work I had to put in to get some hair out of the trunk. No amount of washes/ sticky rollers etc didn’t get the dog hair off. My fleece is hairless. Even did the fleece dog sweaters and their harnesses.
