I've been a fan of Art of Shaving for years. Nice kit. My favorite scent. I do recommend for man who enjoy wet shaving or are just getting into it, or just want a nice lather. Even though the the soap is already in a creamy paste way, I would still recommend a little water in a bowl or mug in order to get it to the perfect consistency for a nice lather. Read more

I have sensitive skin and always had issues with bumps and razor burn. Yes this is more money but my goodness it actually works! My skin feels so healthy and taken care of using this kit. I use the Gillette Sensitive Skin razor with this and it does a mighty fine job. I’m in the beginning stages of shaving. I wanted a product that wasn’t too strong and wouldn’t irritate my skin. This shave cream is great. It leaves you with a light woody scent. It seems like it’s got lotion in it and leaves my face feeling smooth and healthy. The after shave/face lotion also has that light scent. Just enough to be able to smell is for a bit. Very disappointed. I order this for scheduled delivery on the Saturday before fathers day. When I ordered the item it said that was the expected delivery date. I got it the Wednesday AFTER fathers day. Really disappointed! The kit otherwise was nice and in a very nice box. Read more

I’ve never had a better shave! Not only were the hairs on my face as short as I’ve ever seen them, it felt smooth and soft. Which is great because I’m in the army. Hairs were so small that I didn’t get a 5 o’clock shadow. And carries nicely into the next day. Still feels soft and smooth the next day I wake up. By far my best shaving experience.
