The Humble Co. Dental Floss (4pack) - Vegan, Waxed Dental Floss with Xylitol, 55 Yards of Adult a roll. I really enjoy the flavor of this relatively clean dental floss. Mamavations noted that it has one of the lowest (not-detectable) levels of PFAS of the many dental flosses on the market. I also found the strength to be better than average. I don't have extremely tight teeth so I can't say whether folks with this problem will be challenged to use this floss. I suspect if that's so, you may be out of luck. The complaint that the packaging for this floss breaks easily I haven't really tested. I just ordered a BURST Refillable Dental Floss Dispenser Set and threw out their floss and filled it with The Humble Co's floss. BURST has a great floss dispenser! Why? Mamavation's independent PFAS testing indicated that BURST's floss measures fairly high in PFAS content. Not as high as Oral-B's Glide floss, but high enough that I don't want it. Read more

My previous brand of floss was great in that it would fit easily in between tight teeth, but I was increasingly worried about the chemicals that make it so slippery. Also hated all the plastic in the container. So I have been looking for a long time for dental floss that doesn't shred and break between tight teeth. This does the trick! Note that the first time or two it did shred, but once I got used to it, it does not break. Happy that the box is cardboard. The floss is nylon, so still not biodegradable, but I have found that silk floss shreds. As mentioned by some, the mint flavor is undetectable. All in all, very happy I found this. Read more

Love the idea all floss should be in cardboard, but I do find the floss shreds a little when I use It (my teeth are very tight). Haven’t found an alternative I like better yet, but I do think this could be improved upon. Read more

after throwing out so many natural flosses due to excess flavorings which make my tongue break out, this one is finally the one I can use and it gets between teeth perfectly. I do with it had a little more wax on it, it is a bit dry but not so much it can not be used. It still works wonderfully with only a subtle mint and it is my dream come true to finally buy reasonably priced excellent floss that is also pfas free and gets between even my tight teeth.. I have been using this floss for months, and I'm halfway through the final box. I would give it five stars if it was easier to open without sabotaging package design. At the very least, there should be clear instructions on how to open it!! But after mutilating the first pack (and aside from accidentally mutilating a later pack because I wasn't careful enough slicing the seal) I succeeded in opening and using most of them as designed. If they are unsealed properly (and actually even if they're not!) they work MUCH, MUCH BETTER than the plastic floss containers. The spools always spun and unwound easily in these cardboard boxes. I cannot say the same about any brand using plastic, whether it's the smallest plastic floss containers or the largest plastic floss containers, they all suck. **AND** the actual floss that comes in these cardboard boxes is great. I think it's waaaay better than the plastic polyester floss which comes in the plastic containers. This floss is super strong. And it NEVER shredded, or broke, or left any floss fragments stuck in my teeth — All those things have happened with polyester floss, especially with the budget brands. So I will definitely buy this again. (I'm actually experimenting with it in repairing the binding of some books too:). Again, I would give it five stars if not for the troublesome unsealing process for which there are no instructions. If they were easier to unseal, I think they could be more popular. I bought this floss because I needed more, and this one comes at a good price for what you get. The packaging and product is more environmentally friendly than traditional floss. The floss itself is good - thinly waxed and strong. It is composed of multiple strands, so if you use it a specific way the strands will split a little. That said, in instances where that happens with this floss, other flosses will snap and break. This floss is exceptionally strong - I have yet to break it into two pieces completely. My only slight criticism is that the flavor is not very strong. I don't view this is a con - I want my floss to clean my teeth, and it doesn't really need to refresh my breath like my toothpaste does. Your personal taste in floss may be different. Read more

Edit: I no longer like this product. In the question section, someone asked where it is made and the seller answered in China, but the box says it’s made in Colombia. I contacted them and asked where they made the floss, and they didn’t say where and instead, they asked me to send a picture of the box where it says that it’s made in Colombia. What?! They don’t what’s in its own product? I just don’t trust it anymore 😞 Years ago I was looking for a cruelty free and vegan dental floss, and after trying several, I liked Cocofloss and kept using it. I was about to buy a new one when I realized how expensive it is! So I started looking for another one and found this one. So happy I did! I really want to love this floss--great features--1. its cinnamon (and for those of us prescribing to homeopathy we appreciate non mint things as it interferes with remedies), 2. Comes in a multi pack 3. Paper packaging! 4. Says it's shred resistant. Alas this is where everything breaks down for me. I know i have some tight spaces between my teeth but even the wider spaces cause this floss to shred. :( very difficult to get pieces out of my teeth. I'm disappointed. Read more
