The media could not be loaded. When Calvin was a puppy and before he became a part of my family, he was rescued from an abusive situation that left him with immune system issues. The vet said the medication Calvin would have to take for the rest of his life would also likely shorten his lifespan - but quality of life was more important than quantity. For YEARS I researched natural immune boosters for dogs and made him dinners of select ingredients in an effort to wean him off the meds. (It's advised not to give them the entire thing all in one serving.) It stayed fresh for several days and Calvin didn't have any negative side effects. My dog Halo loves them! I only gave her two slices of it and then put it away. She went over to the box and was sniffing the box and waging her tail she wanted more. She genuinely loves them. This is def smaller than I anticipated it to be in size. It's def cute and a good birthday treat for our dogs, but I was just assuming it was bigger, especially bc of the cost. Im also glad we bought cake mix to make our birthday girl her cake. Originally we were going to just buy this to celebrate and I'm happy we didn't rely on it since it was our first time ordering one. We spoil our kids on their birthdays so the cake was necessary to allow them to have a true celebration. I recommend not choosing just this pie if you are also someone who spoils your pups.
