It works
Even though we went by measurements, this device was too small for my husband. We were able to make it work by using a velcro extender from another brace. I recommend going up a size if you are close to the max size it fits. Due to my husband's lack of shoulder mobility, he cannot put this on himself. I would be able to easily put the device. The product is well made. It withstands all the tightening and pulling well. This helps adjust my husband's posture and reduces neck strain. Read more

Waste of money
OK, so this is my second worst idea beyond the toothpaste dispenser. I ordered the extra large size thinking that’s what I needed however, boy was I wrong it’s more for a giant so if any of you were gonna buy these out here, I would get a size smaller or more. As far as pain relief no . Keeping your posture right not exactly. I suggestion anybody else is pull your shoulders back and stick your chest out. Forget buying this waste of money. Read more
Try a different band
Product has great quality and I could tell it was trying to do what it was made to do but the sizing is awful. Im slightly chubbier than my average counterpart and I got the large which should've fit my dimensions. The back piece is incredibly small. Seems smaller than it does in the pics. If I wear it to the appropriate height on my back, the support strap becomes a glorified bra and if I wear it lower, it does nothing for support. The straps are also way too long. I have to wrap them almost completely around me to wear I cant reach to feel any tension. 2 stars for quality of item Read more
The Best For Desk Workers
I sit at a desk for 8-10 hours 5x a week so my back was always in pain. No stretching, different pillows, or office chairs helped because the pain was coming from me hunching over my keyboard for hours. This brace not only helped my back pain, but now my posture is noticeably improving even when I’m not actively wearing the brace.
