I finally replaced my old Teflon pan and couldn’t be happier with this skillet. The Rock.Tec ceramic coating is truly nonstick—I can cook eggs, veggies, even pancakes with little or no oil and nothing sticks. It heats evenly, cleanup takes seconds, and the deeper sides make it great for family meals. The handle feels sturdy, stays cool, and I like that it attaches from the outside so food doesn’t get trapped inside. I’ve already donated my old pans because this one works so well. Love this pan!!! I don't generally do reviews but wanted to chime in on this one. I have spent lots on the expensive brand pans that over time warp. So resigned myself to the cheap ones that I can toss when they no longer rest flat on my burner resulting in uneven cooking. Frustrated I gave it one more shot and purchased this pan because it says it won't warp and I love it. Not only does is sit flat on my burner but its so sturdy, nonstick and cleans up beautifully. A very nice pan. True to size. Heats well. The handle is not "cool" but it Canberra handled without pot holders. It's lightweight and easy to handle. The only thing it really needs is a top. Read more
