I am extremely disappointed with this product. My family members have iPhone and Android phones and devices. I spend a lot of time cleaning photos off their devices and archiving them. This product looked so slick and easy. I thought it would save me time. It didn't. I just spent hours trying to get this thing to connect to an iPhone. I finally gave up and used a cable and it worked right away. My biggest disappointment was that this item isn't plug and play. I had to find the app, install it, and try to figure out why it wasn't working. I have the skills to do all that, but it was more time spent than it should have been. For some reason, you can't download the app directly from their website. You have to use the Apple Store. And you can't use the Apple Store unless you give them a credit card, even if you have no intention of buying anything. Since the family member doesn't have a credit card, I had to enter one of mine to download the app. But, I did it. And when I ran the app, it couldn't locate the photos. I watched the tutorial video. I read everything. I tried every option and every button. At that point, the only other option was to try calling their customer service. And after hours of wasting my time with their instructions, I had zero interest in seeing what their customer service was like on a Sunday afternoon. This product certainly isn't the time saver I wanted. I am going to return it. I will keep using the cables and portable drives to archive photos. Read more
