We use it for grilling meats and other items on either the Blackstone grill or our Pellet grill. it is simple, easy to use, and store. The battery is long-lasting and the quality is fantastic. Easy to use for beginners or advanced grillers. It is a great value for the money particularly for those just getting started in the grilling game. Easy to read temperature, accuracy is good, very affordable. I don't like the switch integrated into the handle that turns it on and off when you open/close it. I'm almost sure that will be a failure point. I'd rather have a manual switch. Read more

The display is easy to read, and I didn't realize when I bought it, it auto-rotates the display. So if you're holding it upside down, the numbers are right side up and easy to read. Bonus.
