Easy to read temperature, accuracy is good, very affordable. I don't like the switch integrated into the handle that turns it on and off when you open/close it. I'm almost sure that will be a failure point. I'd rather have a manual switch. Read more
Most importantly, it seems very accurate when I tested against boiling water. It was within 1/2 degree, so I'm good. Feels well made and hefty. The display is easy to read, and I didn't realize when I bought it, it auto-rotates the display. So if you're holding it upside down, the numbers are right side up and easy to read. Bonus.
