Comfortable
I was struggling with yoga on the hard floor becoming painful in certain positions and didn’t have much faith in a thin mat to relieve the issue. This mat is so thick it made a worlds difference opposed to the floor. Read more
Just what I was looking for
Just what I was looking for, an inexpensive 1/2 inch thick, black mat for my husband to do his exercises on. Although it did smell like pneumonia when I first opened it, the smell went away quickly when I hung it up and let it air out. Put the glossy side on the carpet and it doesn’t slip at at all. the only negative is the Straps have left permanent indentions in the mat, but that’s no biggie. Read more
Tears easily, definitely slips, but well cushioned mat.
We were looking for a well cushioned mat to do yoga and push ups on (my wrists hurt on flatter surfaces) and this was the most affordable option we could find during quarantine. It is more comfortable on my hands and wrists but is nowhere close to non slip. It slips on our wood floor constantly as do our hands and feet on the mat. However, for most of the activities we use the mat for, it's okay and we make it work. We've had and used it for a week and it already has numerous tears and holes in it from mountain climbers, planks, pushups, any activity where our hands and feet are pushing against the mat. The quality of the material is poor but it does have the extra foam that we were looking for. We are making it work but would not recommend this mat to others and will not be repurchasing one once this one inevitably rips apart. Read more

Cheap Quality, Beware!
VERY cheap in quality. When I opened its the strap is not as advertised, and After one use (with my bare feet) its already showing signs of wear & tear. This is a money grab. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a higher quality yoga/workout matt. Read more
