I took this iron supplement once and actually felt more energized the same day. I’m usually sensitive to iron, but this one didn’t upset my stomach or cause any side effects. Of course results vary, but if you’re low in iron or just looking for a well-absorbed iron complex, this one seems to work quickly. This is one of the very few iron supplements I have found to be easy on my stomach. The pill size is also not large so it is easy to swallow. I am anemic but it has helped and been effective raise my ferritin level. Again everyone should talk to their doctor but I would recommend to anyone with sensitive stomachs who have a hard time digesting. Read more

My LLMD suggested I use this iron supplement because I have low iron. The powder capsules are very small so I don't have trouble taking them, however one of the capsules was broken when the bottle arrived so all of the pills are coated in the powder and taste horrible. I'll update the review when I go back for bloodwork and see if it helped. Read more

My nurse practitioner recommended this when Icar-C was causing constipation and other side effects. All the benefits with NONE of the side effects of the prescription medication.
