Tastes like a normal multivitimin, smells like one also. Size of the pill is about the average size of most other pills. Other than that, I took them as directed. Didn't notice any crazy differences tbh, just felt healthier knowing that I was supplementing like I was supposed to haha Read more

Brought my homocysteine down, I believe it really contains what it says it does
As far as one person's testament goes, I have blood test results showing this made a difference for me, it brought my homocysteine levels wayy down to the desirable range! I have an MTHFR gene mutation, I methylate my vitamins about half as well as someone without the mutation. Thus, I need to supplement with an already methylated form of B vitamins, etc. I can't comment on other supplements to compare, but this seems to be well worth the price. Read more
