Luxurious as described. Finally, sheets that are cooling, but not thin and cheap. The fitted sheet has deep corners and tuck under to keep secured. The king pillow cases are huge and soft to the face. These sheets are soft yet crisps and cozy. I’m purchasing at her colors and other sizes. Read more
I'm fussy when it comes to sheets. I live in Florida and I think you should have different sheets for summer and winter. With that said, I truly feel you can use these sheets year round. I washed them before I used them the first time and I thought they felt OK. After the third washing I thought they were amazing and they just keep getting better. These Threadmill sheets are 100% cotton and have an 800 thread count. I got them on sale but I do not feel $100 for king size sheets is out of line. If you look at the amount of fabric involved in making king size sheets , they are well worth the cost. Sure you could get cheaper sheets, but they would feel cheaper and they probably would have polyester or microfiber (UGH) blended in. I wash the top sheet, the fitted sheet and both pillow cases together. I have a pretty good size washer. However, when it comes to drying them, I dry the fitted sheet separately. Pillow cases get terribly winkled when they get caught up in the corners of the fitted sheet. So, the fitted sheet gets dried by itself. It then gets folded or put back on the bed. Then the top sheet and the pillow cases get dried. I always use dryer balls. The sheets come out great. Are they a little wrinkled? Sure but so what! The sheets are cotton and they are soft. Smooth them out a bit on the bed and they're perfect. Did I say these sheets are soft? They are but they are not thin. They have a substantial and luxurious feel. They don't feel like soft flannel. Good thing because I live in Florida. They don't feel like the fabric has been brushed or sueded. These are beautiful sheets that just keep getting better! Can't wait to buy my next set! Read more
Fitted bottom sheet fits our deep mattress perfectly. The top sheet is extra long so tucks in nicely. The pillowcases are long enough to cover entire length of pillow with extra to spare. They are soft and satiny. Liked them so much I ordered a second set. Read more
I love these sheets, and they deserve a 5-star rating, I leave 4 because they shipped me full-size, when I ordered king-size. But this fabric is absolutely wonderful, thick, luxurious, Comfort!!! The package I received was marked king-size, so the mistake was with the manufacturer. But if you want sheets that make you feel like a king, GET THESE!!! Read more
I love these! I found them after staying at an airBnB, they had the king sized 1000 cotton ones. Those were very thick, I had never slept on sheets that thick before. Neither had my friend, she agreed they were lovely but she could not get over the thickness. I purchased the Threadmill 800 sateen ones in ivory for a queen. Here is what I found: -compared to Pure Beech sheets (Bed, Bath & Beyond) these are way, way thicker. With Pure Beech I feel a large part of the softness is due to how thin the sheets are. A set lasts me less than a year before they start to wear in spots and get holes. Pure Beech sheets are also see through in the lighter colors, that is not the case with Threadmill-- I bought the ivory ones and cannot see through them, I also do not worry about washing Threadmill and them falling apart. Threadmill sateen sheets give me more of a thick/satin/cotton feel , with Pure Beech I get a thin/satin/silk feel. -compared to Mellanni (Amazon-boasted as their highest rated, affordable sheet set) Threadmill sheets are also thicker than Mellanni. Mellanni is what the reviews claim though. They are a good, soft, durable sheet set, especially for the price and they come in so many colors. I switched to Mellanni when I got irritated with how often I was replacing my Pure Beech sheets and as a cheaper way to switch up my sheet colors without a hefty price. Threadmill still wins out for me, they are like the luxury version of Mellanni. -Threadmill does wrinkle, if you like crisp sheets-- take them out of the dryer right away. The wrinkles do relax pretty quickly though. -after washing and drying on low heat, the fitted sheet fits on my regular queen bed with plenty of excess under my bed. I could probably add a 2-3 inch topper and still be good. -I expect the sheets will loosen with washes. Compare the thickness of these sheets to the thickness of a folded paper towel -I read that people have issues finding which end the fitted sheet goes on the bed, a simple trick I found that applies to most sheet sheets is the tag in the inside of the fitted sheet goes on the bottom right hand corner of the bed. The tag on the bottom of the flat sheet goes in that same corner. Hope this helps :) Read more
