I promised myself silk sheets as soon as I hit menopause and here I am. They are beautifully constructed with piping on the fitted sheet and plenty of fabric. The flat sheet has generous fabric amounts too. The color I bought is stunning and easily paired with other colors (my duvet has a linen cover in a dusty mauve color). Easily the best purchase I’ve made all year. I would pay double for this. The sheets are washable, remain cool all the time, look amazing and feel like pure luxury. Feels quite comfortable! I have bought a flat sheet before that I also love and it has kept me warm with the A/C going! Here’s hoping it fares well during the wintertime! The media could not be loaded. I bought a lavender flat silk sheet earlier and figured…why not a full set in a different color? I truly don’t want to leave the bed now…ever!!! It’s ultra soft and smooth, flows like pure liquid! It may be “slidy” like other satin sheets but it just feels so natural compared to the fake poly satin! It’s also better temp regulated as I sweat in satin in my sleep, not with these! The charcoal color of these sheets matches with the lavender very well! My experience with the lavender is that it does crease up but nothing a little steaming won’t fix! The fitted sheet fits absolutely perfect on the bed, the flat sheet just melts on my skin and the envelope pillows has a beautiful stitching around the edge I adore! The silk quality was great, just I hadn’t realized that the reason no one buys an entire sheet set, made of silk is because the fitted and the flat together make keeping this set in place and making your bed a nightmare. It’s like water, everything tries to run off itself. —Do yourself a favor and just buy one of the many other sets offered with the fitted without flat or the flat without fitted. I’ve been accustomed to silk for a long time and it’s well worth sliding into! This gold colored set feels just as luxurious as it looks! I’m quite sensitive so this 19 momme weight silk is perfect for what I need for my skin! There are heavier, more durable options but don’t let that deter you, silk is quite durable if taken proper love and care! Silk detergents are highly recommended so follow the instructions, don’t use any standard detergents when cleaning them and definitely don’t throw them in the dryer! Yes, silk is prone to creases though so does everything else, just steam them out if needed! Only wrinkle resistance would be from your skin and I rarely get bed head when I sleep on silk! The sheets are thin and defective. The company is even worse. I have had these for less than a year. They are coming apart in random spots despite us hand washing and air drying. When I contacted the company, they said they only stand behind their products for 30 days. For the price you pay, these are a scam. I have silk products from other brands that have lasted for over 5 years so far. I cannot recommend this brand. Read more
