The dress is gorgeous! It made me feel like a princess. It is made in good quality.However, it was not true to size for me. I am short (5’0) so it was very long and when I walk it step on it. The only was to get in the dress was to step into it. I was not able to lace it on my own, so I tried to lace it then pull it over my head. That didn’t work. I got stuck and had to wiggle out of it (LOL). The straps do not stay up on me. It said it had free returns but when I tried to return it through UPS they said it had to be mailed and there was no bar code. I paid for postage only for the dress to come back to me because the address was inaccurate. I had trouble sending it back but the buyer finally reached out to me and issue was resolved (as long as they hold up their end of the bargain. I wish I would have did a before picture. I’m a sophomore but I got invited to prom this year by a junior so I needed a dress really fast and I didn’t want to spend too much money on it just in case something happened and I ended up not being able to go. This dress is actually amazing! I wanted something kind of simple just so I wouldn’t be too disappointed if I ended up not going to prom but it’s actually so gorgeous. The quality of the dress is great the fabric is thick and came with very in perfect condition. The color doesn’t show up well in my camera but I got the blush color and it shows up really well on the dress. When I ordered it the company sent an email asking for measurements so that they could tailor it for me the people who emailed me were extremely friendly and it came tailored perfectly!
