Useful roasting pan with rack insert
I needed to replace my nonstick roasting pan after the nonstick coating started coming off (ugh) and I decided to order a stainless steel pan that wouldn't shed a toxic coating after use. This roasting pan is a bit smaller and lighter than the pan I had before, and comes with a handy rack insert to use if you're roasting meat. It isn't the highest quality (but I knew that when I ordered it) but should be functional for many years with proper use and maintenance. I like to make batches of homemade chex mix and this pan is a great size for that - it can easily handle about 14-16 cups of dry ingredients. The quality is good for the price point. Read more
