I got these for my daughter who typically wears a size 3 in juniors and the 14-16 fit her well. These look like they will be great for light days or as backup protection, but they haven't been put to the test quite yet. For period panties, the price is fair. Edit: After wearing them for a bit, she now says they creep so much that it'd just be better to go with a thong as they end up in the same place and there would be less fabric to deal with. I got these for my tween who is likely going to be going through puberty soon. The fit is great--she wears a size 10/12/L and the 10/12 fit her true to size (however she is on the slim side, so I'd size up if your kiddo might need more room). The colors are basic but will work under many types of outfit. They come with their own lingerie bag for washing, which is a great and useful feature. They are really smooth and soft and you get five in this pack, which seems like a good value? (Period panties were not a thing when I really needed them, so I honestly don't know!) The quality is good and they wash well. I've tested them with sink water and they seem to hold quite a bit before they get saturated, though my kiddo has not yet put them to the test for their intended purpose.
