My old Dyson cordless vacuum stopped working recently, and I was hesitant to spend nearly $500 on a replacement. I found the Tikom vacuum on sale at a much more reasonable price, and I'm so glad I gave it a try. It's lightweight, making it easy to use daily for picking up food crumbs in the kitchen, hair in the bathroom and bedrooms, and dust under the bed. It handles everything I need and even works great for cleaning my car—better suction and lighter than other handheld vacuums I’ve used. One major improvement over my old Dyson is the brush roll. Dyson’s would constantly get tangled with hair, and I had to cut it free every time—super frustrating. The Tikom brush stays much cleaner, which has been a huge relief. I have tile, wood, and both low- and high-pile rugs, and it performs beautifully on all surfaces. This vacuum has worked really well for me so far! It’s lightweight, easy to put together, and picks up pet hair with no issue. I used it to clean my room and it only used about 20% of the battery, so I think it's perfect for my (future) dorm room. Since it’s cordless, I plan on using it to clean my car too. I also love the different attachments, they made it easy to get into corners and tight spots, and the middle part extends so I could reach under my bed and desk without having to move stuff around. If you have a smaller area to clean, this vacuum is amazing. I have an 800sqft space I use this vacuum in and it’s amazing. The high power only lasts about 15 minutes from full charge until the battery dies, but it effortlessly cleans up kitty litter and cat food on my hardwood floors. The low power option is great for my low-pile area rugs and removes a lot of cat hair from my home. I’ve also used this vacuum on the bed and couch and it removes cat hair beautifully! We run robot regularly to maintain overall cleanness, and use Dyson cordless for quick spot cleaning between the visit of robot. So we look for a cheaper but still good enough alternative cordless vacuum. Friend recommends Tikom Cordless Vacuum. After trying it for couple weeks, I'd say we like it and it fits well in the new apartment. The thing we like the most is how easy to use it. Like our Dyson, Tikom comes with all necessary attachments. We love the length adjustable wand. Unlike Dyson, you don't have to hold the switch while running it. Its switch is trigger style. Another handy feature is the LED light on the motor head. So you can see everything on the floor regardless the environment light. It also feature a LED display to show the battery level and power level, and the touch screen to set the power level. The product manual is easy to understand with clear text and image. Cleaning this cleaner itself is also a easy job. With one button release you could dump the dirt. The stainless dust cup and the filter can be washed too. The battery capacity is good enough to clean an one bedroom apartment for regular cleaning. However, you may need to re-charge if you are doing heavy duty cleaning, and I'd recommend a corded cleaner for this purpose anyway. Overall we are satisfied with this Tikom Vacuum Cleaner, not only because of its reasonable price, but also the easy to use powerful enough function.
