I love, love, love this bag, except for the two outside side pockets, which I wish were a little bigger. Even still, this is 5/5 stars for me. I haul my laptop and laptop accessories around with me to home health visits and to the hospital, where I work out of every day. It fits all of that perfectly. What those pockets don't fit is my ginormous water tumbler. I was hoping the side pockets would be big enough to hold it, but because of the side handle, they do not. This is my problem, and not the bag's, so if you are looking for something lightweight and big enough to handle all your office supplies, this is the bag for you. It looks great, keeps everything safe, and I get so many compliments on it. The outside material is so soft, and it protects all the inside contents from the weather. I travel and work remotely, so I am often found in a cafe working somewhere. I've been using a backpack for years, and I am very fond of it overall, but I needed something large but not quite as big for certain travel destinations. I've looked at several smaller backpacks and found some great ones, but there are specific situations where a tote would be a better option and would pack more easily in a suitcase. This one really fits my needs perfectly, and I love the olive colour. This is great for travel since I can take my backpack with all my gear and toss this relatively flat in my suitcase. Upon arrival, I have a great alternative for daily work. It holds quite a lot, including my 16-inch laptop, a water bottle, a coffee cup, an electronics pouch, a wallet, a small cosmetics bag, and so much more. I've been using it for about three weeks, several times a week, and it is proving to be very durable. My initial reaction was that the price point was a bit high, but after using it for several weeks and finding the quality so good, features that seem to have a business traveller in mind, and overall convenience, the price falls in line with meeting those expectations. I used to have a similar bag, and it held up wonderfully. The waterproof fabric and long-lasting color are also big advantages, especially for travel or everyday use. I also appreciate how lightweight it is. Compared with leather or faux-leather bags, this one feels much lighter to carry. That’s something I always consider when choosing a purse because I don’t want to deal with unnecessary weight on my shoulder throughout the day. One of my favorite features is the number of pockets. There are so many compartments that it’s easy to keep everything organized, which I really appreciate. I especially love the two hidden zipper pockets on both sides of the bag. They’re perfect for slipping my large cellphone in and out quickly and securely. For someone who likes things tidy, all these pockets are definitely a big plus. The handles are also a good length. I’m 5'4", and I can comfortably wear the bag over my shoulder without it feeling awkward or too tight. It also comes with an extra shoulder strap, which is always a nice option to have. Overall, I have no complaints. This bag has met all my expectations. Note: I chose the brown color because it looked great in the photos, and the actual bag is just as nice. However, it turned out to be a bit more casual-looking than I expected. I’m starting to wish I had gone with the black color instead.
