This product is so great! I no longer need my mop and bucket. It picks up sand/dirt while cleaning the floor. It’s easy to take a part and clean. The only “bad” things about this product is it seems as though it does quickly; I can get half of my downstairs deeply moped before it dies and takes about 4ish hours to fully charge. It also doesn’t allow you to get right up against the wall it’s about 1/2 inch that it won’t reach on the top and sides. Otherwise it’s a great bang for your buck and definitely recommend! Read more

Like other Tineco products, this mop can be taken apart to clean. Easy apart, easy back together! It does a great job of our tile floors. I had a corded steam mop (other brand) and liked it, but where I had to plug it up I would have to walk on the damp floor to unplug it. Old people should not walk on damp, slick floors. So I ordered this one. Cordless, light, easy to maneuver. I am still a bit leery of using it on our very old hardwood floors but plan to try it soon. Read more

I researched long and hard before purchasing this product, having previously used a Bona mop system (which left smears on the flooring, even using Spic and Span). Instructions say to use a cap-ful of the provided cleaner, and that might be OK if your floors are super dirty, but running this cleaner with 1/2 cap-ful or even zero cleaning solution, my dirty water collector still fills up with cruddy water. I am extremely happy with the product, easy to set up, easy to clean, holds a charge for at least 20 minutes, long enough to get most of my floors cleaned. I love that it's cordless and light enough for me to handle. RECOMMENDED! Read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This Tineco mop vacuum is the worst purchase I’ve made. It worked fine for a short time, but then it started having constant issues—streaks on the floor, poor suction, and random malfunctions. I followed all the cleaning and maintenance recommendations, but it still kept breaking. The worst part? Customer service is useless. They take forever to respond, give generic troubleshooting steps that don’t fix anything, and refuse to take responsibility. I’ve had to deal with multiple breakdowns, and instead of replacing the faulty unit, they just keep giving me the runaround. Save yourself the frustration and money—this is NOT worth it. Look for a more reliable brand because this one is a complete waste. Read more

It does what it is described to do, light weight, self propelled, easy to clean the machine. Easy to use, love that it is a self cleaner, people actually notice my wood look tile, brought the fresh look back. Like any other product follow directions when you are thru cleaning, empty dirty water from the container, rinse and set on pad, do the self cleaning then empty the cloudy water, rinse container and set back on pad, plug in to charge and you are set. Best product for cleaning floors, i even went over my rug in front of the sink. Read more
