My mom has suffered from tinnitus for many years, and since there’s really no cure, any possible relief is welcome. We decided to try this supplement for her and both of us have high hopes because of the specially designed formula. It includes Methylcobalamin (B12 5000 μg), Alpha-Lipoic Acid, vitamin B6, Boswellia Extract, Thiamin, Riboflavin and Choline, which are intended to support nerve tissue, provide antioxidant protection, and help with the inflammatory process. It’s still too early to tell if it’s making a difference and value its effectiveness as it may take 3–4 weeks of consistent use to notice any change in her symptoms. So I have had tinnitus since I was born. Always had it, never really been a big deal for me, as it's always been my normal. I tried these supplements as I've never tried anything previously, and for me it didn't seem to make any noticeable difference. If it did, it was too slight to notice. But with all the vitamins inside, its definitely good for you. For some people it seems to work, as my mother was taking them with me as she has tinnitus as well, and she seems to think it's helped a little bit. She's not sure if it's a placebo effect, or it's actually helping, but either way she's happy about it. Not too happy about the price, but she will likely keep buying them as they do seem effective for her. Overall, the quality does seem good, with quality ingredients.
