The best feature of this board is that using the titanium side, you can quickly clean the surface and there will never be a residual odor of garlic or onion or whatever. It is very easy to clean. The titanium side will eventually scar up - but it doesn't not affect its usefulness. Using the flip side for soft veg or other products is also easily cleaned. Read more
