The actual unit is very nice and easy to assemble. The wall anchors that were sent with this are terrible, I don't even use those style anchors doing normal household DIY things. I made the mistake of using these and 3 of them punched through the wall when I put in the screw. With GOOD anchors it is very sturdy on the wall. Read more

Not only should I be asking for a refund, but a whole freaking reimbursement for the massive hole in my wall! I put maybe 50 lbs worth of clothes on the rod after using what they sent me & after like 2 days the rod rips out of the wall out of no where! I’m trying to fix it but no idk if these are even reliable. I’m not good at handiwork & I’m having to hire ppl to help me fix it because idk how to fix holes, but this sucks. I can’t find other rods that claim to hold as much weight so idk if I want to return them unless it’s worth it. But I’m serious — there’s a freaking hole in my wall now!!! That’s not good. I’m mad.
