The dock is compact and well-designed - it's a very good product with a reasonable price point. The multi monitor support is solid and there are sufficient USB ports for my various peripherals. I hardly know it's there, and when I need to plug in a peripheral, it's simple. That's what I'm looking for in a dock - something that works and stays out of my way. Setup is simple,, though the Synaptics Displaylink driver download is required to support the multiple monitors functionality on my M1 MacBook, which will ask for some permissions to process the video through the unit. The provided instructions are simple and clear on the process. It's worked well for daily use over the past three weeks that I've used it. I've purchased two Tobenone docks in the past - and I've been very happy with them Customer service has been helpful and fastI required a replacement part. This was easy to set up, it works seamlessly with my Macbook, and allows me to have three external monitors plugged in. It really completes my work from home setup really well. Pros: - Single cable connection! I was using a different docking station from TobenONE that has worked amazingly, but it did require two USB-C connections. They provided the cable and it worked fine, but only needing one USB-C connection gives me flexibility on how I dock my laptop. - Three external monitors.. and I'm playing with adding a fourth monitor through a USB dongle. Enough said though! - Included power adapter. - LAN network connection - I have noticed other such devices begin to leave those out, it's super important to me to have a hard-wired internet connection for my work-from-home setup. - SD and MicroSD slots - I don't have great use for them personally, but they're available on the front of the device, which is a great place to put them. - It's a good looking dock! It looks great on my desktop, it draws attention but also is discrete and keeps everything organized behind it. Cons: - The only con that I will "blame" them for that they do have control over is not having a USB-C in the back. I currently have an adapter from USB-C to USB-A because looks are really important to me when it comes to my desk setup. The only USB-C available (outside of the one that connects to the laptop) is on the front. I would rather not have a cable sticking out the front permanently. It's a perfect place to put a connection for random use whenever I need to quickly plug in, but it shouldn't be the only option. - The next con I don't blame them for because I'm not sure the technology exists, they did what they had to do to get us 3 external monitors, but it's something that has to be mentioned: on Macbook, you can't stream Netflix/YoutubeTV/etc, because of the DisplayLinkManager software that you have to install. It makes those streaming services think that you're screen recording their content. Youtube does work btw. It's not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of. Overall: I love the device, it's good-looking, it's simple, and I trust the brand because I've owned another one of their docking stations for three years with zero trouble.
