If I could give this 10 stars I would! Took this backpack on a 3 week back-packing trip to Europe and the spaces were brilliant - kept me super organized and accommodated everything I needed including 3 pairs of shoes! Love the way the bag opens up fully like a suitcase - this made finding everything super simple on our often one-night stays. The straps tuck in easily when checking the bag for air travel with a very convenient double handle when carrying it as a duffle. My bag weighed 32 pounds fully loaded and it was very comfortable for my 65-year-old shoulders to handle as we trekked from train stations to our hotels in the many no-auto cities we visited. And the quality? Outstanding from the zippers to the heavy, durable fabric! The navy color and style are appealing and make it easy to recognize backpack among all the other checked bags. Super happy with this backpack. Fit all my clothes and was easy to carry either on my back or with handle. Seems to be constructed well using quality materials. Of the two main zippers, one is heavy duty, think duffle bag style, the other is jacket style. So many possibilities with this bag! We used as a carry on for our trip abroad--sized perfectly for international flights, is very comfortable and easy to switch from back pack to hand hold. Straps also fold in when not inuse. This bag held all our tech, a days worth of clothes, makeup, meds etc. for two people. I needed a pack for a trip to Europe for a 10 day trip. This pack worked out just fine. Together with a small personal carryon this worked great and I didn't have to check a bag.
